Dr. Rinella and his staff were always kind, considerate and professional. Dr. Rinella would explain everything so I could understand. My surgery was successful and life changing. I went from a life of misery and depression to a pain free, active life with a positive outlook. I would recommend Dr. Rinella to my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ ! I mean it ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

CONTINUED: I also tried to call office and have them refax new order over with new Oncolgist name on order. With no success did I get through to the ofc to have this done as of today. Keep getting sent to coordinator specialist and obviously don't know how to transfer me correctly to the office. I'm also waiting on call for approval of all my testing ordered.

My expierence on 11/18/22 was with PA, Jason Welsch. He was very personable and he tried to help the best he could, very nice man Considering my insurance being medicaid was only allowed for an office visit and not much further treatment. I'm in a lot of pain and was pretty disappointed I couldn't been relieved of some that pain on my visit with a shot of some sort. I was referred for further testing and to a Specialist which was retired. So added to me having to do the searching to find and oncologist myself. Otherwise, I would recommend those who are in need for spine help to the office, that is if your lucky enough to have them in your network. I felt like I accomplished no relief and was back to square one when left there. No real answers about my results. Aside from need better testing than ct scan w/contrast already had. Was referred for an Mri w/contrast now. I just wanted some real answers to my medical issues.

Great doctor..so professional and the entire staff are so efficient. I had silicone and knee injections in both knees and it was so easy

The doctor listened to my condition as I explained how I feel. Also explained what he saw as he reviewed my MRI'S. We talked about what could be done and why my condition was limited in available treatment, mostly in the doctor was honest with his prognoses.

Dr. El Shami is the best. I’ve been seeing him a little over 5 years now. He’s compassionate, thoughtful, a good listener and will exhaust all options to help you. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that needs his help. Actually I already have.

He is very compassionate Surgeon with a very personable bedside manor. He has performed two surgeries on me and both times he was very straight forward about what needed to be done and he followed through.
