Dear Patients, the safety and well-being of our patients and community members is our highest priority. ISSC continues to actively monitor and prepare for the potential spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) in our communities.
To align with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, along with local departments of health recommendations, we ask that patients call ISSC before arriving if they meet both of the following:
Have symptoms including fever or upper respiratory infection symptoms (i.e. cough).
Have recently traveled outside the United States or have been in potential contact with a person known to have COVID-19.
If you currently have a fever, or any upper respiratory infection symptoms, please contact our office BEFORE your visit, to determine if we need to reschedule your appointment. If you are feeling unwell, we recommend contacting your primary care physician for full assessment of your condition BEFORE your appointment or procedure. They will then be best able to address your symptoms and concerns.
Please also limit the number of visitors attending your appointment to no more than 1.
When visiting any of our locations, please use our hand sanitizers, tissues—especially if you are feeling ill—to keep yourself and all our visitors safe. Please feel free to ask any of our associates for assistance when you arrive.
